One persons may want to travel to walk cities across the globe, while another may walk to play a round of golf daily. Another, may want to play and interact with their many grand children without pain or discomfort.
One of the most valuable things that you can do for your health is move! Motion is the Lotion for our bodies. Movement is the term I like to use in place of exercise or working out, because I want to enjoy the activity and it doesn't seem like work or a chore in my day. Movement is important, research documents this truth. I repeat, one of the most valuable things that you can do for your health is move. Shut off the television, get up from the sofa and take 20 minutes to walk in your yard, or your neighborhood. You might consider walking a little farther to the store by parking farther out in the parking lot. How about climbing and extra flight of stairs?
