This time of year is difficult with all of our reflection on last year, and what we did or didn't accomplish. We could make resolutions and vow to do better this year with more exercise, stricter diet and a long lists of to do's. Not me. Consider thinking of your possibilities of changing your movement as a solution to stress overload. Or your nutrition as the fuel to help move you through the day effortlessly with more energy. Change the lens and look at the possibilities that are available to you with more energy and less stress. In 2016 what does" I'M POSSIBLE" look like? What could it look like for YOU?
