Gosh, what an incredible dose of peace this morning!!! I am not a medical doctor, however, I would prescribe to everyone time out in nature daily. As little as 15 minutes and the results are remarkable for your health and happiness. There is nothing that refuels and recharges me more than time outside walking, breathing and leaving my to do list by the wayside! This weekend, get up and get outside!
