aI read an article today about a 77 year old woman who manages chronic pain by getting in the pool five days a week. Each day she notices that she can do a little more physically. She could move easier. Over time , some 15 years, she has less painful episodes and has admitted that without the pool workouts she believes that it would be impossible to move. Her recommendation is to stay moving, stay as active as possible-to make the pain more manageable. This kind of determination is inspiring. As 2015 come to a close, I reflect on 2016 and the amazing, exciting year ahead with endless possibilities as I continue to show up, keep moving forward and moving my health forward one day at a time! My desire and prayer for you is that 2016 be a year that you embrace possibilities, be determined, do your best in all things.
